About Me
I am UX researcher with over 6+ years of qualitative and quantitative research expertise in branding & UX in both B2B and B2C sectors (tech, e-commerce and healthcare) . I blend human-centered methodologies with a systems-focused and collaborative approach to craft delightful and cohesive experiences within intricate service ecosystems.
While I love facilitating workshops and ideating with decision makers, my goal is to be able to play a strategic role in how and where research is deployed.

I believe creativity and curiosity are multi-dimensional traits that should be nurtured daily. They grow and come alive through deep connections with others and through meaningful engagement with our community.
"Over the past decade, I’ve embraced a range of creative pursuits to express myself, from film photography and painting to creative art direction in radio. I’m also passionate about skateboarding and love digging through record stores in every city I visit to add to my vinyl collection. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and finding moments of peace through meditation."
I am passionate about giving back to the community, and I volunteer at Casa Herenadaze, a free community store and event space operated by the Humboldt Park Solidarity Network. Every Friday evening, I dedicate my time to rescuing food from Aldi stores around Chicagoland, picking up items that are past their sell-by dates to ensure they don't go to waste. When there is no food to be rescued I shop and stack the shelves of the free store.
“The store has helped hundreds of migrants and other neighbors in recent months, with lines at times bleeding out onto the sidewalk on weekends”
