At MSC Industrial Supply, I led exploratory and evaluative user research for B2B e-commerce optimization during the transition from Websphere Commerce to Google Cloud Platform, ensuring a seamless redesign. At Genie, I led Design & Marketing Strategy with senior leadership which led to the acquisition of the company in 2023 by Kainos. I joined the start-up in 2018 and immediately recreated its logo, brand identity and website. I led the development Marketing & Brand strategy across digital and offline channels, later transitioning into leading UX research.

During my internships in the energy and manufacturing sector, I helped shape marketing and outreach strategies of new product and service offerings of the organizations. I used a human-centered design approach with ethnographic research methods to refine the value proposition according to user needs.
